Version History

First release of the EM-NN-GAMP algorithm.

EMNNAMP - algorithm to recover linearly-constrained non-negative sparse signals. User can toggle between NNLS-GAMP, EM-NNL-GAMP, and EM-NNGM-GAMP
plot_NNGM - Plots the estimated non negative Gaussian mixture pdf (when using EM-NNGM-GAMP).
All other functions are to be used internally by EMNNAMP
